Documents Required to Apply for FCPS Part 1 Exam

When applying for the FCPS Part 1 examination, Originals or attested photocopies of the following documents are required.

Your primary medical or BDS degree or provisional medical college certificate is the primary document required for the application. Additionally, you should have a valid registration certificate from the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.

If you are a foreign candidate, you must provide a current registration certificate from the medical council of your own country as determined by PMDC.

In case your PMDC certificate has expired, you need to submit a fee receipt for PMDC renewal along with the expired PMDC certificate.

Furthermore, you must include a certificate of completion of a one-year house job from a PMDC-approved institution. This certificate should be officially countersigned by the institution’s head.

Ensure that the attesters are fellows of CPSP or hold positions such as the principal/professor of a PMDC-approved medical college or the head of a medical institution/Postgraduate Medical Institute/medical superintendent.
